Coming Workshops
January 2019
Three new movement workshops held on Saturdays in January, each centering on a specific topic.
*The first workshop will be on Saturday, January 12th, from 11:30 - 12:30, focusing on breathing and abdominal activation.
*The second workshop will be on January 19th, 11:30 - 12:30, and will focus on relaxation and release of tension in the neck.
*The third workshop will be on January 26th, and will focus on opening the chest and shoulder mobility.
