Pilates Privates
Private training will get you off to a perfect start in your pilates journey, or advance you if you've already begun. One on one sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Pilates Semi-Privates

Semi-privates are small groups of 2-3 people together sharing the session. Get fit together along with your friends, family, or team members.

Pilates Apparatus Group Class
The apparatus classes at Ardy's are small groups (limit of 5) where you get to feel what the springs can fully do for your body. Your instructor will design the perfect pilates experience for you using any of the following: Reformer, Tower, Spine Corrector, Rollers, or Magic Circles.
