At Ardy's Pilates Studio we teach people how to move their bodies and become functionally fit. We've been a leader in the central coast area since opening the studio in 2000. We specialize in teaching on the Pilates Apparatus to people of all ages, including teenagers and to those all the way up into their 80's. People come to us to create harmony between muscular strength and flexibility, for rehab after injuries, or to challenge their fitness in a new way. We customize each session or class to meet your goals. We are passionate about our teaching and you will feel this in your body.
